Our bed is my favourite piece of furniture in our house. I was mortified when the lights stopped working but after contacting Matthew within a few hours he had identified the part and arranged a free replacement (despite me having very limited information to give him). After sales care is so important and these guys have it in abundance. Highly recommended.
