The technician that came out was very knowledgeable, he took his time to explain everything, did exactly as the office said he was going to do, and the service appears to be working well. The ants that we had a problem with had been around for over 3 months. We tried to get rid of the ants by ourselves with various over-the-counter products but it appeared to get worse. Since we hired Imperial past prevention, we have had one spray and a follow-up a week later and have not seen the sugar ants since.
