“We had a good experience with imperial pest prevention. The office lady helped me with All of my questions about bed bugs, and the technician who came out was also really thorough and did a great job. We had a couple of follow-ups for bed bugs, and we also had German cockroaches, but all in all, we have been extremely pleased with the service.”

“Imperial Pest prevention does a fantastic job! Melissa and the girls in the office are always wonderful! My technician Dimitri is always prompt, friendly, and professional. I very rarely ever have to call them back for pest control visits in between my normal service, and when I have, they've always gotten somebody out to me within the same day, or no later than the next day.”

“Overall, I have been pleased with imperial Pest prevention. Mike sprays my yard, Greg does my pest control, and Greg also comes out annually to inspect for termites. I have been using imperial Pest prevention for over 3 years and have always had great experiences with the office and everyone who has ever come out. The technicians always speak well of the company which makes me feel good. They are a smaller company with around 20 people, so it feels good to support local business, and I like the fact that they are at least big enough to come out when I need help without making me wait a long time. I have had bigger companies in the past, and you don't have the same personal feel that it is when dealing with a smaller local company.”

“The office was very accommodating, the technician who came out was very thorough, we like to hire local pest control companies versus big name companies. Imperial past prevention seemed to fit the part perfectly as they were big enough to get someone out to you and a pinch if needed, but small enough to where you still had that personal interaction.”

“Extremely reliable Pest Control company. Imperial past prevention helped us out with a German cockroach infestation that we didn't know that we had when we purchased a new home. We had daves do an inspection prior and they didn't say anything about cockroaches. Luckily we found imperial pest prevention. They had great rates, awesome customer service, and did an awesome job. Would highly recommend!”

“Extremely professional pest control company. I had a problem with bed bugs from a business trip that brought them to my house. I was extremely embarrassed and wanted to have the bed bugs eradicated immediately. The office staff put my mind at ease and was comforting to let me know that it was not something that I had done and that it is more common than people think. The technician who came out was very thorough, and everything has been great so far. Office helped give me instructions on how to prep my house properly, they informed me of what needed to be done, how the service was going to be handled, and everything was right on par with what was discussed. I've been very pleased and would use the services again.”
