We service all of Volusia and Flagler County Florida and the greater Daytona beach area. We also provide Bed Bug services, offer mosquito reduction services, repellent applications, palm tree treatments and any other pest control related concern you may have.
Imperial Pest Prevention also has a certified Entomologist on staff to better service our customers and highly trained field technicians with an office staff that goes through the same training as the men in the field to ensure any questions you may have can be answered on the spot. we service the Following towns in Florida: Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, Holly Hill, Daytona Beach, South Daytona, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Oak Hill, Deland, Lake Helen, Orange City, Deltona, Debary and any other parts of Volusia county and Flagler county not listed. “I stopped in your office today and your staff refused to sell me pest control products to use myself and then has the nerve to try and sell me a service!”

“I never know when they are coming. I really don't appreciate not knowing when my home will be serviced. They are a new company to me. I was with home team for 10years. I want to know who is coming to my home, when, and what they are doing when they are there.”

We at Imperial Pest Prevention pride ourselves on customer service. Leaving this as anonymous makes it so that we are unable to help correct the manner in which you may have. The review platform request that went out last night was for the exterior barrier spray customers. As for the "really don't appreciate not knowing when my home will be serviced" We do call typically either the night before or in route to the stop so I am not sure if it is a possibility that perhaps you had never received the message. As for the "I want to know who is coming to my home, when, and what they are doing when they are there" , the technician who calls in route will introduce themselves upon doing so and when they service the home they will leave a work order which states the service performed and the technician name printed. As far as the " I was with home team for 10years", we are thankful that you made the switch. We appreciate your business and we want to fix the concerns you are having. We can easily put permanent notes in our system to accommodate you as you wish on service dates. We would appreciate the chance to speak to you to correct the concerns you are having.
