“Great service. The pest control service has done wonders, I just wish I didn't have to pay before I left on my start up service. It made me feel like I wasn't trusted.”

“very pleased with imperial pest prevention and the staff. Service went well, took care of the problem quickly but I didn't like the fact the spray man wouldn't let me mail in the payment because this was the first time I used them. Were is the trust?”

“the spray guy did a good job but told me he would refuse to treat if I did not remove the bird out of the room we were going to have fogged. that kind of didn't set well with me because it is my bird to decide what I want done with.”

“We were very pleased with the spray tech who came out. However, he did use my water spicket to wash his hands and left it with a slight small drip, otherwise I would have given a 5 star. Still a great service though and I don't want him to get in trouble.”

“we were pleased with service and the company but I had to deduct a star. I just don't think it was fair to charge more on the initial start up spay because we had been seeing roaches before signing up.”
