“Imperial pest control is the best ! Cory came by and did my termite booster yesterday. He treated everything around the house and the attic. Since using imperial pest , we've never had a problem with bugs or termites.”

“Imperial past prevention did a tent fumigation for us for dry wood termites, and everything went well. We purchased a new home that had termite damage and nobody knew if it was old or not so we had it treated. I'm a first-time home buyer, and the process was tedious, and a little unnerving, but the company did a good job in communicated well, and helped me out a bunch. I was pleased with them and I would use the service again”

“We hired imperial Pest Control to do an inspection for our home that we were purchasing in Florida. They did a very good job, unfortunately, they did too good of a job because the home had a lot of termites and a lot of damage which caused us not to proceed with buying it, but even though it was a disappointment, I guess it's better to know than it is to buy it and find out the hard way. We have another inspection lined up for a different home, and we definitely will use imperial again, the price was good, the man who came out did a great job, and it was easy to deal with the office gals.”

“Great company, and responsive. Had a problem with bed bugs in a rental. I was able to get the problem handled from afar, the office staff was great, the guy who went out did a good job informing me what he was doing and what to expect, and the results were good. Everything went smooth, I would use again and would recommend imperial pest control”

“I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician did a great job, we've seen results within a matter of a day, and the office was also very friendly. I had a rat problem from an appliance that I picked up off of the road and did not know it had a nest in it. But so far, the service has been great, and it has been a relief to be moving in the right direction because this was stressful”

“I have been very pleased with the service that I ever see you from imperial Cross prevention. We have a home in St Augustine that they handle, and we also have an Airbnb in Flagler Beach, they handle both properties, don't have any problems..”

“Been very pleased with the service we received from imperial Pest Control. We use them for our property and pine hills Orlando, and also in Daytona we have a small rental that we had a few problems here and there with that they spray. Always prompt courteous and show up on time and do a good job.”

“Imperial pest prevention is a good company to deal with. They are pretty friendly, always reliable, come out anytime I need them without any questions usually within the next day. We've been pretty happy. No problems at all. We have them spray our lawn, they do our termite control, and we have an annual pest control contract with them. We've been happy, and the prices are good.”

“We like this pest control company. Imperial has always been good to us. We had them at our old house in Palm Coast and now have them in Ormond Beach for our beach bungalow. We also have them service our Orlando condominium. We have been happy, we have no complaints, the technicians are always good, in the office staff is always very pleasant. We recommend and will continue to use. We love the red headed fellow Matt with the red beard. Ask for Matt when you call”

“We have been happy. We use imperial for pest control and they hold our termite bond. We've always been in good hands with them, they come out whenever we needed them pretty quick, they have a fast turnaround, the staff stays pretty consistent, and we have been happy with the service. We had them with our old home and brought the service over to the new home”

“I have been very happy with the service that I have received from imperial Pest control. I close on a home and unfortunately, it had some German cockroaches that were inside of the cabinets, and they came out, and did a spray treatment, and I had literally hundreds dead the next day. They also put out some little traps and I knew I had a problem but I didn't realize it was that bad. But it is only been a couple of days, and literally every day I wake up I am finding more and more dead, and seeing less and less alive. Whatever they work and spray has been wonderful. I have been super pleased with the service, and I am now on a monthly pest control with them.”

“I could not be happier with the service I received from imperial Pest prevention. The technician was absolutely great, he did a very thorough inspection of my house, pointed out numerous things that I was not aware of, and unfortunately we have a bad problem with termites. The office was super friendly, very accommodating, and all in all, it has been a great experience. I would highly recommend imperial Pest prevention.”

“I have been working with imperial pest prevention for roughly two months now, one of my rentals had a problem with tenants that moved out and left some cockroaches behind and rats. The service has been great, the results were fast, the staff is always accommodating, and the communication is on point. All in all, I have been extremely pleased with the service.”

“We had a good experience with imperial pest prevention. The office lady helped me with All of my questions about bed bugs, and the technician who came out was also really thorough and did a great job. We had a couple of follow-ups for bed bugs, and we also had German cockroaches, but all in all, we have been extremely pleased with the service.”

“Imperial Pest prevention does a fantastic job! Melissa and the girls in the office are always wonderful! My technician Dimitri is always prompt, friendly, and professional. I very rarely ever have to call them back for pest control visits in between my normal service, and when I have, they've always gotten somebody out to me within the same day, or no later than the next day.”

“Overall, I have been pleased with imperial Pest prevention. Mike sprays my yard, Greg does my pest control, and Greg also comes out annually to inspect for termites. I have been using imperial Pest prevention for over 3 years and have always had great experiences with the office and everyone who has ever come out. The technicians always speak well of the company which makes me feel good. They are a smaller company with around 20 people, so it feels good to support local business, and I like the fact that they are at least big enough to come out when I need help without making me wait a long time. I have had bigger companies in the past, and you don't have the same personal feel that it is when dealing with a smaller local company.”
