Great company, and responsive. Had a problem with bed bugs in a rental. I was able to get the problem handled from afar, the office staff was great, the guy who went out did a good job informing me what he was doing and what to expect, and the results were good. Everything went smooth, I would use again and would recommend imperial pest control
