“Imperial pest prevention has been our go to pest control company, termite treatment company, and wdo inspection company. As an investment firm, imperial is awesome to work with. We have a minute amount of interaction with them other than calling and stating what we need and them delivering nothing but exceptional service. they have handled various termite inspections for us, a multitude of termite treatments on properties that we've purchased that have needed them, and countless German cockroach sprays, bed bug sprays, and flea sprays. All of their services have been completed to our satisfaction.”

“We hired imperial pest prevention for countless investment properties. They have always been extremely thorough in findings. We have never met the company physically as we are in a different state, but they have always performed and communicated like we were right there in person. The office girls are absolutely wonderful. All four of them always deliver great customer service. The inspectors that go out always seem to also do a great job. We have hired them for termite treatments, bed bug treatments, cockroach sprays, an flea sprays as the properties we acquire typically are not in the greatest condition before remodels. All in all, I have never had a bad experience and never have had to call them back out after treatments. Imperial pest prevention provides quality work and the prices have been great also.”

“We used imperial pest prevention for a home that we were buying. They were hired for a wood destroying organism inspection that we were required to have for our loan. We were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, the thoroughness, and expertise of our termite inspector Jonathan. He had found termite damage in the attic of the home as well as other locations of some termite swarmer wings and fecal pellets in other attic locations. Due to his findings we were able to negotiate the home at a much better price. We also were able to get the termite treatment for the home worked into our deal. Imperial pest prevention did the tent fumigation for our home, and we also hired them to do the subterranean ground termite treatment also. We have them for pest control and lawn spraying also. We have been more than pleased with all interactions, transactions, and treatments that we have received as well as all of the staff that we have had dealings with. Imperial press prevention truly is an A+ company.”

“We had imperial Pest control do our Termite Inspection for a home we were buying. We had john as the Inspector. Very nice and professional worker. He explained everything to us in a easy way. We were nervous a bit because it was our first time buying a home but he really took the time we needed, showed us all of the findings, and spent the extra time explaining termite treatment options for the termites that were found in the Attic of the home. He was a real professional. I would definitely recommend imperial pest control to those who need a Inspection company or termite inspection or treatment.”

“The staff at imperial Pest Control have been nothing but accommodating. We have an Airbnb that we rent out as well as a home located in New Smyrna Beach. Imperial Pest Control has taken care of our Airbnb with monthly pest control services. We had a terrible ant problem at first and within one month they got rid of what I failed to do in 6 months of spraying myself. we also have quarterly pest control for our personal home in New Smyrna Beach. They also do our Termite Control, and take care of our lawn spraying. my wife and I have been extremely satisfied with the pest control services and lawns spraying that we have received over the years. Imperial Pest Control also has great prices and steady staff which we also enjoy.”

“We had disco weed a termite problem after moving shelving inside of our garage. We had mud trails that were running all behind the cabinetry and went into our attic. We had a few companies come out to give estimates and the representative from imperial Pest Control was much more thorough than any of the other companies. He actually took time to look underneath the home, looked inside, and went inside of the attic to check everything. He was much more knowledgeable than anyone who came out period for that reason we went with the services that were recommended. We have since remodeled that room and have them come out on an annual basis to check everything as well as do our Pest Control spray. We have not had any problems since. They have always come out when we called, always been extremely thorough, and have always provided great communication from the men that come out to spray to the office ladies. We have been very pleased.”

“Imperial pest prevention has been an awesome company to work with. I enjoy speaking to all of the office staff, the technicians are always friendly, I always receive top-notch service, and I always get consistency. I have used other pest control companies in the past but imperial pest prevention has surpassed them all by a long shot. We currently have imperial pest prevention doing our yearly pest control program, our subterranean termite treatment program, as well as our lawn spraying. We never see any pests inside of our home, anytime we have needed someone to come back out they have done so promptly, and our lawn looks beautiful. We have been happy customers for the past 5 years.”

“John did my home inspection, the termite part. He was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and I could tell had pride put into the inspection. I genuinely felt good after the inspection. He found some locations of wood decay and rot. I would have no problem recommending imperial press prevention to anyone looking for a pest control company or a termite inspection / treatment company.”

“Imperial pest prevention provided us with a bed bug extermination service for a home that we rent out in Ormond Beach, Fl. They did an awesome service accommodating our renters at that time. They came out the same day, treated, and had them back in later that evening. Extreme customer service in my opinion.”
