“Extremely helpful staff. The office girls are real gals and so knowledgeable. Melissa and Rachael both helped walk me through a bed bug problem at our Air B&B rental. I was so thankful for them and the man who sprayed because I could not do anything and was at the mercy of Imperial pest prevention being I live in NY.
