Although my first experience was not the best because of a miscommunication on the time service was set for and what my roommate told me it was, the office girl was very accommodating and actually had a manager come out and service my house within a hour of my phone call. I was very pleased because I had scheduled around work and childcare. Later I found out it was actually my roommates fault and she wrote the wrong time down
