“Although my first experience was not the best because of a miscommunication on the time service was set for and what my roommate told me it was, the office girl was very accommodating and actually had a manager come out and service my house within a hour of my phone call. I was very pleased because I had scheduled around work and childcare. Later I found out it was actually my roommates fault and she wrote the wrong time down”

“Very pleased with service. I picked up bed bugs from an unfaithful partner who was messing around with dirty streetwalkers and dirty hotels in the Daytona area. As embarrassing as the situation was, the staff at imperial pest prevention was very accommodating and really helped me through the tough time and get my house and life back on track. I am now bed bug free and can not thank this company enough!”

“very honest company. Had bids from a few other companies that had blatantly lied about findings from the salesmen that came out. Imperial pest prevention was the only honest one. I didn't have bugs and the sales guys all made up findings except for the guy from imperial. He told me it was always good to keep it sprayed and offered programs but didn't make up things. Needless to say they got hired”

The lady from the office set us up with a program after talking to her on the phone and scheduled a guy out the next day to treat. We hired them because another pest control company was not able to get rid of ants and after 6 months of battling them we needed to make a change. We switched and after 2 visits and less than a month we do not have the ants anymore. The office ladies are always friendly, the spray guys have always been good.
