“me and my wife have nothing bad to say about imperial pest control. We hired them because another pest control company was not able to get rid of ants and after 6 months of battling them we needed to make a change. We switched and after 2 visits and less than a month we do not have the ants anymore. The office ladies are always friendly, the spray guys have always been good. All around great customer service and results”

“Imperial pest prevention is by far the best pest control company around. I stumbled upon them after they were subcontracted by our home inspector. They have done over 8 different inspections for me on investment properties and saved me thousands of dollars from findings. Always professional, thorough, and quality work.”

“Best around by a long shot. We had Massey for years and they weren't cutting it. Service has been night and day since we made the switch. We do not see as many bugs as we used to and the few times we needed in between services, they have always come out withing the same or next day and treated. Great company”

“Extremely helpful staff. The office girls are real gals and so knowledgeable. Melissa and Rachael both helped walk me through a bed bug problem at our Air B&B rental. I was so thankful for them and the man who sprayed because I could not do anything and was at the mercy of Imperial pest prevention being I live in NY. They completely walked me through everything and kept me informed with updates. Awesome company to do business with.”

“Imperial pest prevention has far exceeded my expectations. I left Dave after they switched ownership and all I was getting was failed results, lack of communication and employees complaining about the new way things were over there. I am glad I made the switch, much more personal feel from imperial like I used to get and the prices are great as well. I see less pests now that I ever have.”

“excellent customer service, great prices and even better response time. We made the switch for the black Friday special. Best move we have made. The service already seems better than our other company, the staff seemed more friendly and professional and at a better price point. Huge savings!”

“such a helpful and accommodating company. My own original pest control company told me they couldn't get out to treat my home for ants until next Tuesday! 5 days from now. I called around, saved money and got my home sprayed today! excellent service, very professional and accommodating!”

“After our other pest control switched ownership things went downhill quickly so we left them and moved on. We chose imperial pest prevention because of recommendations from neighbors and I am glad we did. The communication is there that the other company lacked, the technicians and office ladies are so up to par on knowledge and all around seem better. We have been pleased ever since the switch and would recommend imperial pest prevention”
