After our other pest control switched ownership things went downhill quickly so we left them and moved on. We chose imperial pest prevention because of recommendations from neighbors and I am glad we did. The communication is there that the other company lacked, the technicians and office ladies are so up to par on knowledge and all around seem better. We have been pleased ever since the switch and would recommend imperial pest prevention
