Imperial pest prevention did a termite inspection for my husband and I today for a rental property we thought about purchasing. After the inspection we decided against it because of the findings. There was so much hidden damage that imperial found that we would have not had a clue about or how to find. Although we were bumbed the house was not that great and had a lot of problems I will say that that inspection for the wood destroying organisms was the best $85 we have ever spent. We will be in touch when we look for the next house for sure.
