Awesome service. Imperial pest prevention did a bed bug service for us at a house we just started to rent. Apparently the previous renters had bed bugs and moved out and never told anyone. The place looked clean and the first night we were sleeping we got dozens of welts all over our body. We thought we had ticks and called the landlord and he had this pest control company come out to treat. They confirmed it was bed bugs so the landlord hired them. they did a very good job explaining things and had us on the website to get prep sheets which we followed as best as we could. we are now going on the third week since the treatment and all has been good.
