We used imperial for a bed bug treatment two weeks ago, they just finished up the 2nd follow up visit and we couldn't be happier. They were great with communicating, being thorough and informative. Everything from the office helping me prep to the pest control guy that came out to treat. I would use them again but hopefully I wont need to.
