when we bought our home the termite policy transferred to us from imperial pest prevention. When they came out to transfer the paperwork and do the inspection the man was very nice and friendly. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all and took his time. Since then I have had dealings with the office and they are always friendly as well. Good company to work with.
