Great customer service. I hired them to take care of a bed bug problem that a tenant left for me at a previous rental and a new tenant moved in to discover. The man whose name I do not remember took the time to call me back after hours and help me out and reach out to my tenant and calm her down a bit. The day after that the office called her in the morning and helped them out with the prepping and scheduled the bed bug service. They called me and kept me informed of the treatments and what was done which was a big help being in New Jersey and not being at the property. Great customer service, hard to find companies that operate like that now a days. I would recommend them to anyone needing a pest control company.
