Imperial pest prevention did a great job for us. We had a large bee nest we hired them to get rid of in the bottom of an old tree in the backyard. They blasted it with a large hose and spray gun and drenched them. After the spray we had a few buzzing around for a few days but it was all gone by the fourth day.
