Phenomenal customer service, use these guys for a bed bug problem period after shopping around and looking up a lot of different companies Imperial pest prevention seemed like the most logical company to go with, they had a multitude of workings with bed bugs as well as a lot of people with positive experiences. From start to finish it was a little bit of a process having to prep the home and the process to go through the treatments but we followed the prep sheets that were provided to us and it has been a smooth treatment. We're going on the third week now and we haven't seen anything. Great customer service, we definitely use Imperial pest prevention again.
