We hired Imperial pest prevention from afar to do an inspection on a home that my mom was buying in Ponce inlet Fl. We put trust in them because we couldnt be there and she was elderly. Imperial pest prevention went above the call of normal customer service and was extremely thorough. They had to talk to my realtor, me, my husband, my mom and a million people to explain things and go over everything so we could understand. They did an exceptional job. So good that we hired them to do the termite treatment and the pest control on that house.
