She was so knowledgeable and helpful with getting down to the bottom of a lest problem we kept having. To make a long story short I thought the company and pest control service was failing me but it actually was old expired things in my pantry that made me keep having weevils and moths. She spent the time to go through everything and talked me to the source. After a pantry cleaning there is no more problems. Excellent customer service from Imperial pest prevention.
