Imperial pest prevention is a very thorough company. We decided to hire them over competition when getting quotes because the man that came out for the bid was many tiers above the competitors as far as being knowledgeable, professional and having all of our answers completed on site. The service rates were competitive, not the lowest, but also not the highest. The service has been great to date and we have been very pleased.
