Imperial pest prevention came recommended from our neighbor. We live in a sub division in Deltona and have been battling carpenter ants for 2 years now. they come and go every time it gets cold out. Wee for the two years our now previous pest control company made every excuse in the book and blamed us in every way possible. We hired imperial pest prevention and got rid of the other company. Well two days ago when the man came out to spray, we talked and after asking questions we tracked it to the master bathroom shower. The technician sprayed some fog stuff in the cracks in the grout and around the water fixture and literally thousands came out over the course of about 8 hours. Not one sign today of another. Turns out our collars around the fixtures have openings and water got back behind the wall. It was a one call and done type of service. By far the best pest control company in my opinion. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and tactical in the pest control approach.
