made a bad situation a good one. I let a less fortunate lady friend stay with me who low and behold was partaking in activities I was not aware of and in turn I got bed bugs. The staff at imperial was very helpful in the prepping process and the two different guys who came to treat did a great job. I gave the lady the boot and imperial gave the bed bugs the boot. Great service
