Superb customer service! The office actually waited for me to pick up an urgent wdo termite report I needed for closing. Not only even that but the office lady Rachael at imperial pest prevention even emailed out the copy of reports to my lender, my real estate agent and the mortgage company. Excellent customer service. It is hard to find people that want to help now a days. Imperial pest prevention has a customer for life with the Sochas.
