extremely thorough and professional company. We have Dave for a long time and became unhappy with the new ownership and how things were being run so we made a switch. We couldn't be happier, we now have technicians that are happy and I no longer have to hear negativity. We get work orders after services are done, and the communication is so much better. Imperial pest control is a great company so far.
