Really nice guys. Took my watch in for a quote on a complicated repair and they gave me a good quote but I decided against repair at this time. They responded to emails nice and promptly. Only thing to improve would be that I told them what time I could come to pick up my watch (my lunch break), and when I arrived within that time, the watch wasn't there and I had to wait for them to go and get it. Not a huge deal.
