“It was abit hard to find their VIP showroom. But once I got there I can honestly say they looked very professional. I tired to sell a watch but they didn’t buy it. However they did help and consulted me on my options. Very nice and friendly group of people.”

“Erkal sold the watch that I originally wanted which I did not blame him for as they are really busy, then I received a call the very next day stating they had an even better watch for me which I agreed to purchase. The service from start to finish was amazing from comms to progress reports, and the personal touch provided by Erkal. Imperial Time now has a customer for life!”

“Really nice guys. Took my watch in for a quote on a complicated repair and they gave me a good quote but I decided against repair at this time. They responded to emails nice and promptly. Only thing to improve would be that I told them what time I could come to pick up my watch (my lunch break), and when I arrived within that time, the watch wasn't there and I had to wait for them to go and get it. Not a huge deal.”

“The guys at Imperial Time really went above and beyond with all aspects of their service here. Came in for a simple valuation request at the recommendation of one my friends. Ended up leaving with two new watches! A conversation about our respective business, then switched to future plans with watch investments and how the market has completely changed. No sale-sly tactics, just honest advice and opinions. Really made to feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend paying these guys a visit. I'm sure I'll be seeing you all again soon!”
