Erkal sold the watch that I originally wanted which I did not blame him for as they are really busy, then I received a call the very next day stating they had an even better watch for me which I agreed to purchase.
The service from start to finish was amazing from comms to progress reports, and the personal touch provided by Erkal.
Imperial Time now has a customer for life!
