I used to like the guys, spent 200+ over the years on merch. But the service went downhill big-time. Long story short: Ordered something but realized that I ordered the wrong size. Not 1 min after the order I tried to get in touch with them to correct it. -No response after 48 hours. -Tried to call them, no answer neither the phone number for Uk or Germany (ps. the German number only can be called from Germany, I asked a friend to call them) -My gf even hit them up on Instagram, the guy response was "just order the correct size and return the wrong one" (at my own expense of course) -6 days and 4-5 emails and unsuccessful telephone calls later and several failed attempt to get in touch with them i just gave up. My improper order is on the way and I cannot send fricking smoke signals to Germany to cancel my frickin order. Last time I used them. Go EMP or BigCartel or anything else, these are just clowns.
