I have had this boiler fitted since may and has been nothing but trouble . We have called / emailed and now dealing with the finance company they don't call you back they don't email you back and you have to threaten them through the finance company to get a result .
I have a 10 year warranty and you can't get them to sort out a simple repair .
I can't believe they are the No 1 boiler people
