I appears that Impra-Gas Ltd/ (VBH ASSETS Ltd) is in the process of liquidation. What is disturbing, is the secretive many in which it was done. They changed the name from “Impra-Gas Ltd” to “VBH ASSETS LIMITED” without informing paid up customers. They then preceded to start the Liquidation process before the impact of Covid-19 lock down had begun. So this would suggest it was planned back in 2019. Thus 10 year service plans sold in 2019 were done so without any intention of honouring their contractual obligations. This shows a lack of integrity.
