I had my gas boiler in the house replaced by Impragas in August 2019. I had a letter from them giving a 10 year Free service guarantee provided first service has been carried out within 30 days of first Anniversary of installation. Now I was trying to get hold of them through phone/email, I had no joy.
A rather disappointing performance, I think Department of Trade and Industry needs to protect, Customer Like me in some way.
