Took phone in for back iPhone repair said take an hour took two got it back Face ID would not work my photos open from 2020 phone wouldn’t hold charge eventually stop charging altogether. Took to another phone shop who had quick look at it said there nothing they can do. Phone worked fine before this shop repaired it not broke completely 160 for repair than broke my phone lost all my one year old son photos. Phoned shop nothing can do unless reciept given but I know under consumer regulations if I can prove purchase which can on credit card statement I within rights. They even said the other shop didn’t it when they haven’t really touched it just looked at it tried to put on charge with wire and wireless won’t charge. I had to buy new phone so new phone and 160 on repair that broke my phone. I need phone about to go in labour any day and this shop had rubbish customer service
