Disappointing service! I booked my car for a diagnostic which should l lasted an hour. The car was left just after 8am l called the garage at 11:42 for an update. I was informed “in progress” I called again at 13:10 and again 14:14 and was informed they hadn’t been able to figure out the problem and to come for my car at 5 o’clock. At no point was l given the courtesy of a call. I arrive at the garage just before 3 to collect my car and to my surprise l was given the worst diagnostic report l have been given before obviously with the intention to justify the £51 l was about to be charged! This was my 1st time using this garage on the back of a referral from whocanfixmycar! I am informed the lady at the reception of my disappointment and the fact l would be writing a very unhappy review and all l got was l am sorry you felt that way. Despite the fact that l was told they couldn’t fix my car l had a report which indicated “suspected matrix blockage”. I wasted £51 and an entire day to be given a report and a quote estimating the repairs at just under £700. I am disappointed in the absolute lack of professionalism or at least the courtesy not to charge me as they hadn’t even found the root of my problem. I wouldn’t advise anyway to use this garage and lost certainly won’t be using them again. I am left having to pay another garage for a diagnostic report and a complete disregard of me as a client! Extremely frustrating and disappointing!
