Terrible customer service. Car had a service that was 2 hours delayed but not one person called to give an update. Constantly had to chase for an update. Then wanted to charge an absolute fortune just for labour.
When collecting my car the receptionist was so rude and patronising. She didn't want to hand over my keys and when she had heard the mechanic had passed them over she made a rather large spectacle that I observed in front of a waiting room with others. She has put me off going there again for sure. So so rude.
