Great customer service you can tell the lady cares able up her job and takes the time to listen to her customers I told her this morning that I was going away for my honeymoon after returning and she had probably seen so many more customers she wished me a happy honeymoon it is small things like this that go a long way just little attention to detail makes the customer feel they are the only one you have dealt with and your really listen to them builds up a great trust 10/10 for Sophie
