I bought my partner a pair of boots 15/02/2021 these boots took until 01/09/2021 to arrive, even worse I then received a letter from controlaccount 09/11/2021 stating that they want £90.31 for import/export duty, these people don't even have the audacity to reply to me or controlaccount to settle the bill, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, please do not waste time or money on this company. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
