No shoes and no refund since July of 2021!! I have never received the shoes and each time I inquired about the whereabouts I was told that the order will be shipped next month. Finally in January of 2022 I requested a refund and haven't received it up until now. When I inquire about the status of my refund, I get the same generic answer: " We will contact our financial department. Thank you for your patience"
