The service at Cavendish store today was absolutely pathetic - wanted to purchase a blue tooth speaker. Salesman had no idea what he was talking about. Speakers on display had no charge - even left the store to give them a chance to charge but on returning they said they didn’t have an actual charger so charging from the Lap top didn’t work.
Looking at these other reviews why can head office not do something?
