“There is no option for a zero rating. An order that had to be here on Tuesday did not arrive. It is Friday and in spite of me being promised by the driver delivery early this morning he has not arrived. He sent me messages and deleted them. I suspect the delivery was sent to the wrong hub. I phoned a d lodged 3 complaints. I received apologies and my complaint being escalated..Everybody is passing the problem up and down the line and nobody takes responsibility. So maybe the driver arrives today, who knows? Still the service remains Incredibly poor and disconnected from the customer.”

“Stay away from incredible connection online, they delivered a damaged gas heater, now iam stuck with it since I cannot return it, I’ve even went to their shop in Brooklyn mall and they are just as useless as the online ones. The level of incompetence is shocking. This is the second time I have to go through this with them. Their return process is so so *****.
