“Stay away from incredible connection online, they delivered a damaged gas heater, now iam stuck with it since I cannot return it, I’ve even went to their shop in Brooklyn mall and they are just as useless as the online ones. The level of incompetence is shocking. This is the second time I have to go through this with them. Their return process is so so *****. I’ve spent almost R500 of petrol and airtime trying to return this. Iam still stuck with it. Never again.”

“I am very impressed with the service I got from Incredible Connection Phoenix Plaza, Durban, 2 weeks ago I went in the store and asked about a laptop contract that I had seen advertised. I was attended to by a lady named Nikita, she gave me detail specs of the laptop that I was very interested in getting . I was very pleased with the laptops and I asked her to go ahead with the contracts. This young lady went the extra mile in assisting me the next day sorting out all the necessary documents etc for the contract. I went to the store the very same day to pick up my laptops the contract was approved, she was extremely helpful in explaining all the terms and conditions to me. I am very pleased with this store for their excellent customer service. I would recommend customers to visit Phoenix plaza branch to see how awesome the staff are but especially Nikita who was an absolute star. I will give this store 5 stars rating for their excellent service.
