“I ordered an item to the value of R5999.00 a week ago. I realise that it takes 2-5 working days to deliver. However, the online site says the parcel was collected by the courier on the 9th of December 2024, and there had been no update since. I gave tried to phone Incredible connection on the number provided but there is no response...just endless music playing and a recording noting explanation they are very busy. I have sent an email, no reply received. I have read the reviews before me (latest ones) and I see this is an ongoing pattern with this complany...no deliveries after payment was received. This is theft!! As a result, I am very very worried ! I would like Incredible Connection to contact me TODAY , 12 December 2024, to resolve this or I will be opening a case of theft against them at the SAPS. I will also make a point of it to highlight this problem on social media and in the mainstream media. There is no reason to accept poor service from any company especially if the product you are buying costs a small fortune!!! No man Incredible Connection, is this how you run a business????”

“I regret ever buying anything from Incredible Connections. They dont care about the after service. I have been calling the Tech Support to check on the status of my repair. The phone is not answered. I have been leaving messages and no one has called me back. I have phone a number of times. Just spoke to the guy and explained to him my situation and it felt like I am speaking to a wall. No sympathy what so ever. Very cold. The service is bad, the communication is bad. They have taken my money and not delivered without any insights into even delivering and I am at the point of approaching the police to open a case of theft.
