“Very poor communication and delayed
Stuff and people not helping right been waiting for 2 weeks now my handheld is still not there my emails are not even being answered”
“I am very impressed with the service I got from Incredible Connection Phoenix Plaza, Durban, 2 weeks ago I went in the store and asked about a laptop contract that I had seen advertised. I was attended to by a lady named Nikita, she gave me detail specs of the laptop that I was very interested in getting . I was very pleased with the laptops and I asked her to go ahead with the contracts. This young lady went the extra mile in assisting me the next day sorting out all the necessary documents etc for the contract. I went to the store the very same day to pick up my laptops the contract was approved, she was extremely helpful in explaining all the terms and conditions to me. I am very pleased with this store for their excellent customer service. I would recommend customers to visit Phoenix plaza branch to see how awesome the staff are but especially Nikita who was an absolute star. I will give this store 5 stars rating for their excellent service.

“Worst customer service.
I did in a in-store refund the 5th December at Incredible connections East Gate
When I follow up they refer me to head office. Head office tells me they haven't recieved the documents from the store the store then says no they have sent them.
It's over a month of up and down, and still no solution.”
