The reason being is that I was having issues with the repair of my Lenovo laptop....from our local branch.....not Gateway.
By chance we were in Umhlanga for the weekend & decided to pop into the Gateway branch just to get their input on the repair process within the company as a whole.
Luckily for me Dudu was behind the technical counter at the Gateway branch....I told her my sorry story (I had not had any feedback from my local branch as to the whereabouts & status of my laptop) & she immdiately took ownership of the repair of my laptop & she went about tracing the whereabouts & timeline of my laptop repair.
She followed up daily with the factory. Dudu kept me informed the whole time as to where & what was happening with my laptop repair...even to confirm with me that they had the part to repair it & that it would be repaired accordingly.
Dudu confirmed to me that the repair was done & would be with courier the next day & then be at my local branch by the Monday afternoon or latest Tuesday & I was able to collect it then.
So incredible, beyond her duties (I did not hand my laptop in to her for repair) but she took it on herself to provide incredible customer service...to someone who was not actually a customer of her initially....I became a priority to her for the sake of her company.
Dudu is really a great assest to your business & because of her I will stay a customer of Incredible Connection....especially the Gateway branch, as before I met her I had decided to have no further dealings with Incredible Connection at all. She has changed that 100% for me.

“They are incredible or incredibly useless, They promise 2-5 day delivery which is non existent after you paid, Their support cannot support by any means and really no point in even contacting them. They cant tell you where your order is or when you will get it, just every day, the "relevant department" so they dont even know will contact you. So this will be my last purchase and to avoid the same fate, check their trust score on places such as hello peter etc. over 3k 1 start reviews saying the same thing.”

Returned my son’s watch 2 months ago, bought a Volcano watch in March for his 13th birthday stopped working/charging in May.
