“I am writing to express my continued frustration regarding the lack of service and communication from your Knysna branch. As previously mentioned, we submitted our computer for repairs on March 6, and to date—nearly two months later—we are still without our device.
What I find most unacceptable is that I have had to initiate every single follow-up myself. Not once have I received a proactive update from your team. Each time I call, I am met with excuses: the technician is on holiday, the manager is unavailable or also on leave, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a clear update.
Yesterday (29 April), I spoke to Mandy, who took my details but was abrupt and dismissive. While I understand that staff may be under pressure, I did not appreciate her tone or the lack of accountability. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to professional, courteous service—especially after paying R2,599 for a part that has yet to resolve the issue.
At this stage, I requested the immediate return of our computer. I will handle the matter independently going forward, regardless of the cost. I will never recommend Incredible Connection again—particularly the Knysna branch.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when someone's business relies on functioning equipment.”
