Only managed to return it to the store in August and I’m still waiting to be contacted. “Incredible Connection – Walmer Park, Gqeberha. I am a pensioner and needed to replace my old laptop, (which I bought from Incredible Connection 6 years ago). I visited the branch at Walmer Park a number of times for advice and to see what is available. Dean Hulley was so patient and kind and helped me. He is a very pleasant young man with good customer skills. I eventually was able to go and purchase a laptop. However, there was a special request that I made to Dean and he referred to management to resolve my query. Sindile Zila dealt with the query and they kindly sorted my request, and made a plan! “I had a short space of time to buy the computer I wanted.I arrive there around 10 o'clock. No one came to assist even though the one person was on his cell phone. It seemed short of staff. When the person got off the phone, he helped by going to look for an HP consultant to help me. He came back with a reply that they busy and I must wait at the counter. Which I did. Other people came after me (sorry to make it racial - 2 * 2 white people who were browsing). They got helped but I was left waiting at the counter. Eventually I heard some commotion in the back of the store - likely that some staff were having a meeting or whatever ... Eventually complained to the gentleman with Asus Tshirt and left without spending my money. I will buy from HP online since we do not have an HP store in Durban
