“Firstly, the young man who helped me at IC Mall of Africa was incredible. Much appreciated. However, the pay station is a shambles of note, truly a mess! Plus, during a busy Friday, that's when it's decided to train new people. Absolutely crazy. I asked for a simple favour as my 80-year-old mother was standing with nowhere to sit, in that could I pay for my 1 in cartridge of ink so I could get her to the car. The manager, Tholoqi (wears a black t-shirt)--the name I was given, was completely adamant that NO as there was a line which as I'm not blind I could see, hence why I was asking for a favour for an elderly person. I took not even 2 minutes to pay when after 15 minutes of standing, it was my turn. She couldn't be bothered, and I said to her that I hoped she or someone elderly in her family wouldn't need such a simple favour one day and be told no! She then practically shouts in-store that she prays it never happens to her! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a 'manager' in front of staff and customers. IC, you need to do some work on who you employ to represent your company. Abhorrent, and I'll never set foot there again.”
“I purchased a laptop and software on 02/03/2025 at Incredible Connection Gateway. I was assisted by Darryn Pillay who went above and beyond to assist and answer all my question on Saturday and Sunday. Darryn was not only patient but very knowledgeable and his client service was exceptional.

“My experience is just that I keep getter their customers updates on those who applied for credit with them, I get their account numbers with their names and surnames which really expose customers to potential fraud. I notified Incredible of this but it seems they are not interested in sorting it out let alone that it is in violation of the POPIA.”
