We do we need to pay a fee when I brought my laptop which is faulty and it is still under warranty I was informed by Simeon at festival mall Please explain why

Your technical service is bad. It’s been 2 weeks and this is my second review and I get no help, no technician available no answer from the Manager and eventually my calls are not answered . All this for a non working phone which we bought from your Sandton store .

Poor service if any at all, no product knowledge on anything, and misleading advertising specials that are always out of stock or do not exist… avoid and save time , they are useless

Am not happy with the guy called Dikana on the 26 of February I did take my tv to be repaired at incredible connection at village mall harties my tv didn't have a bad damage it was only a band top right ....the guy didn't do follow ups with me I was the one who searched for incredible connection telephone number so that I can know how far with my tv cause it's been long ..then I did make a call then the lady told me that my tv was returned on 08 March but Dikana didn't inform me about anything so I went to fetch my tv .. when I get home wanted to switch on my tv the cable was not there so I made a call to tell them that I didn't receive my tv cable so they said they will check so they checked my cable was not there so they gave me the other cable which was not for my tv so when I received the cable I plug the cable and switch on the tv my tv was damaged the whole screen had I creek so as a customer am so sad angry

Incredible Connection has a borderline criminal operation going on regarding their 14-day return policy. I bought an iPhone 15 which began running into issues with overheating (not Incredible Connections fault obviously) but I am now no longer wanting this phone for this reason. Apple offer a 60 days money back or store credit which is great, Incredible offers 14 days! Its almost impossible to detect any issues with a device within 14 days. Incredible will now only offer to send in the phone to Apple which I don't want because I simply no longer want this product. Its discusting and actually a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. I urge that a governing body investigates this operation and have them update their returns policy to be more suitable to the products they sell.

It is really sad that one has to take this matter to Google Reviews when the company such as this could have just resolved it months ago. POPIA refers to customer information to be protected, I get their customer information on the progress of their credit application status which should be between the company and the customer, not the third party like me. I have escalated the matter to their management and head office , it seems they are not interested I keep getting these customers updates daily. I would have expected the company to promptly act on this to protect customers personal information. Can they please do so as required of them by law.

Took my laptop to greenstone mall for a quote due to water damage.After looking at it for 2minutes he diagnosed it as not projecting and cannot be repaired.Took it to local computer place quoted me R1600.0 and as good as new.How qualified are those so called techs at Incredible connection.I saved R10k no thanks to you guys

We bought a Mecer inverter in May 2023 which developed a fault 4 weeks ago . We returned it in its original packaging , with the invoice and proof of payment to the Ballito Junction store. We were told that it would be attended to on site and repairs would take a couple of days . We followed up a week later as we had had no feedback and were asked to supply a job number which had not been filled in by the incompetent person who made the job card out. We then called at the store and were told that the inverter was still there and had not yet been sent for repairs ( this after being promised at least 3 times that someone would come back to us). We have since been back to the store twice and been promised feedback which has not been forthcoming. It is now 4 weeks since the inverter was returned, under guarantee, for repair. We have tried , on numerous occasions to call the Ballito Junction store but the phone is not answered. Incredibly poor service ! Connection non existent!

The staff provide very poor customer service. They are inconsiderate towards customers. Yesterday, I waited for almost two hours to be assisted, only to be told to come back the next day to finalise the process. This shop operates similarly to Home Affairs. Both the staff and managers require training. Boitumelo, one of the 'senior members,' exhibited the worst attitude towards me. Another lady had to step in and assist me with an application that Boitumelo was supposed to handle.

Bad Service Worst experience ever. We bought a tablet with hard cash money for R1899 from Incredible Connection West Coast Mall Vredenburg Western Cape in September 2023. We were back 4 times to the store regarding problems. Every time it's a different story. On the 5th of January 2024 once again we went back to the store, then they took the tablet to send it away as the tablet is still under guarantee. Once again we were back in the store after two weeks. Danie from Incredible Connection West Coast Mall Vredenburg **** in our faces and said only after 21 days we will hear feedback. On the 24th of January 2024 we were back in the store, then we were informed that the tablet wasn't even send to the supplier, its still in the store unattended to. There after we call Head Office who logged a complaint. Today they tell us they going to refund us. Back in the store I must fill in a form and was informed I have to wait another 15 working days for my money. This is unacceptable, they didn't wait when I paid them, after 23 days of lies I must wait another 15 days. The so called Danie **** in our faces, when I ask him if he still going to tell lies if Incredible Connection closed the Branch due to no service and lies and they don't have jobs anymore he said that is going to happen because they are very quiet. I won't recommend anyone to do business with them. I'm going to take this matter to the ombudsman as well. Reply

Our company bought over 120 laptops from the Clearwater store sometimes last year in September, we overpaid and there was a refund due to us and to this day we are battling to get our refund. We took up the matter with the ex-manager who referred the matter to trainee manager since he left the company, we are not getting any feedback. Early this January we contacted the ex-manager to assist, he then escalated the matter to the trainee manager to follow up, since Tuesday and today is Friday the trainee manager hasn’t gotten back to us. We are disgusted to say the least on doing the business with such incompetent people.

I am appalled at the poor service received from Khomotjo at Incredible Connection Menlyn. I went in to get a contract phone and was assisted by a friendly and helpful guy called Tony to select a phone. He then referred me to the contracts department where my hellish experience began. Khomotjo advised that because my current number is linked to my husband profile on telkom that he would have to come into the store in order to do the upgrade. she also advised that the store closes at 18:00 This was around 16:00. Much of the time before 16:00 was spent by her calling a colleague for over 30 minutes to get logins to the system. I couldnt understand why only 1 person has logins for a system used by many. I then called my husband and asked him to come to the store. She was fully aware that he was on his way. I had gotten robbed the day before and urgently needed a phone which I explained to Khomotjo. My husband arrived at the store at 17:35 To my shock and absolute disgust, Khomotjo said she will not do the upgrade as the store closes at 18:00 and the upgrade will take too long. I then asked her why she would let me call him, have him drive all the way to the store from Montana, only to give this lousy excuse 25min before the store closes. she blatantly told us the store closes at 18:00 and she had no intention of working even a minute past that time. We left the store at 17:45, shocked ,disappointed and insulted by her behaviour which wasted not only our time but petrol to drive to a store only to be refused assistance 25 min before closing time. The sales guys are very helpful but unfortunately there are proverbial bad apples like Khomotjo that spoil the whole service experience and reputation of Incredible Connection because they want to receive a salary but refuse to put in the work. They wear the uniform of a brand and are ready to tarnish its image. She does not care if the store is profitable or not, she just wants to leave by 18:00 at all costs. I will not be ever returning to that store and will be sure to advise friends and family not to subject themselves to the disrespect we experienced from Incredible Connection.

My son settled his account in full. All fees and adiosonal charges plus the intrest at your store in Middelburg mall and now they want to charge him a further R1000.00 fee for closing the account! Please explain for what is this R1000.00 except that it is daylight robbery.

I was scheduled to receive my order on 1 Dec 2023 per an sms Incredible Connection sent. On the day the delivery was not made. During the day I had called their customer service team only to be advised the team deliver up to 6pm in the evening however when the time passed their call centre had closed. The next day I received a revised sms for delivery on 8 December 2023. After numerous calls to them explaining their poor customer service they still missed the 8 December 2023 delivery. I requested an immediate refund as a result and as a result delivery was made on 11 December 2023. It is best to either buy in store if you are forced to purchase from this company.

I have bought an item on 24/11 and have not received it yet, 13 days later. I have been trying since 1/12 to get hold of someone at the company to provide feed-back on my order, but it is totally impossible. The phone is not answered, e-mails and what’s-app messages are answered with standard computer-generated messages promising me that someone will come back to me within 24 hours, but it never happens. Please do not buy from them.
