“If I could I would give a ZERO score- bought an iPad from Sandton Incredible connection on 5 Feb- 16 days later it starts giving trouble- I take it in - promised by manager Sydney that it will be expedited (I should actually get a replacement device according to Consumer Protection Act)- I am still awaiting feedback- despite numerous calls, emails etc. This is appalling service, this store / Company should be reported to the Ombudsman for violation of consumer rights”

“Terrible experience, i wish to never ever find myself in such space with lazy stuff members including the manager, who do not know their products and do not care about anything but rather be on their phones during work.. Im very much disappointed at how i had to walk out of the store carrying my Y70 Nova plus, without a bag on a busy monthend weekend as i didn't have my purse with me to buy a shopper bag as i only came to the store for collection & not to buy anything.. Imagine what could have happened after collecting a phone of R5500 & have it taken by thugs only because i couldn't buy a R5 shopper bag”
“Terrible service, especially from Sandton City. They don't answer their calls, you have to call millions of times. When they do eventually answer they leave you on hold for TOO LONG and then you eventually have to put down because they are wasting your airtime. Terrible!!!”
“Very bad customer service I bought a cell phone at canal walk incredible connections 2 days later the settings option did not want to open then I went back the nice technician the first time exchanged the phone with no hassle but did not open the second phone infront was never opened infront of me when I got home I opened it and the phone had scratches on it I then waited two days and the phone did the same thing setting did not want to open I then took the phone back again and a different technician then said that the software needed to be updated and that the phone should be working fine too days later once again the same thing happened and settings did not open we then took the phone back and the manager Riyaaz who paid us no attention has the worst attitude did walked away from us with the phone did not say what his doing made me wait for him and then comes back and says they cannot do anything as there is scratches at the bottom of the phone this place is disgusting they are not professional and do not do the valid checks and are quick to blame the customer I did not ask for my money back all I asked is that the phone work as it should but they cannot even make that happen I have traveled 3 times now from kraaifontein to canal walk and back for this issue with and all within 14days”
“I'm giving this store 1 Star because 0 is impossible. I bought a laptop in Bloemfontein mar 2020 and Jan 2021 some buttons like (Tap,f5,B,N,Delete,f3) didn't work anymore and Dec 2021 the battery that HP gave at least 5 year, is no longer working well and my laptop used to switch off at 30% or 20% without any warning then today my laptop won't work unless it's connected to the charger. This store sells electronics they got from shady dealers that sell nothing but bullsh*t to unsuspecting victims like me.”

“Am not happy with the guy called Dikana on the 26 of February I did take my tv to be repaired at incredible connection at village mall harties my tv didn't have a bad damage it was only a band top right ....the guy didn't do follow ups with me I was the one who searched for incredible connection telephone number so that I can know how far with my tv cause it's been long ..then I did make a call then the lady told me that my tv was returned on 08 March but Dikana didn't inform me about anything so I went to fetch my tv .. when I get home wanted to switch on my tv the cable was not there so I made a call to tell them that I didn't receive my tv cable so they said they will check so they checked my cable was not there so they gave me the other cable which was not for my tv so when I received the cable I plug the cable and switch on the tv my tv was damaged the whole screen had I creek so as a customer am so sad angry”

“Ordered a iPad online, on the 2nd April with 2-5 days shipping. It is now the 14th April and although the tracking says shipped, the call center says it is still with the warehouse. And even if I want to cancel the order and go in-store to buy it, I am told I have to wait 14 days for my refund. This was supposed to be a present for an 80 year old lady to connect with her overseas family.”
