“I regret ever buying anything from Incredible Connections. They dont care about the after service. I have been calling the Tech Support to check on the status of my repair. The phone is not answered. I have been leaving messages and no one has called me back. I have phone a number of times. Just spoke to the guy and explained to him my situation and it felt like I am speaking to a wall. No sympathy what so ever. Very cold. The service is bad, the communication is bad. “Very bad customer service I bought a cell phone at canal walk incredible connections 2 days later the settings option did not want to open then I went back the nice technician the first time exchanged the phone with no hassle but did not open the second phone infront was never opened infront of me when I got home I opened it and the phone had scratches on it I then waited two days and the phone did the same thing setting did not want to open I then took the phone back again and a different technician then said that the software needed to be updated and that the phone should be working fine too days later once again the same thing happened and settings did not open we then took the phone back and the manager Riyaaz who paid us no attention has the worst attitude did walked away from us with the phone did not say what his doing made me wait for him and then comes back and says they cannot do anything as there is scratches at the bottom of the phone this place is disgusting they are not professional and do not do the valid checks and are quick to blame the customer I did not ask for my money back all I asked is that the phone work as it should but they cannot even make that happen I have traveled 3 times now from kraaifontein to canal walk and back for this issue with and all within 14days”
“I'm giving this store 1 Star because 0 is impossible. I bought a laptop in Bloemfontein mar 2020 and Jan 2021 some buttons like (Tap,f5,B,N,Delete,f3) didn't work anymore and Dec 2021 the battery that HP gave at least 5 year, is no longer working well and my laptop used to switch off at 30% or 20% without any warning then today my laptop won't work unless it's connected to the charger. This store sells electronics they got from shady dealers that sell nothing but bullsh*t to unsuspecting victims like me.”

“I am writing to express my continued frustration regarding the lack of service and communication from your Knysna branch. As previously mentioned, we submitted our computer for repairs on March 6, and to date—nearly two months later—we are still without our device.
What I find most unacceptable is that I have had to initiate every single follow-up myself. Not once have I received a proactive update from your team. Each time I call, I am met with excuses: the technician is on holiday, the manager is unavailable or also on leave, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a clear update.
Yesterday (29 April), I spoke to Mandy, who took my details but was abrupt and dismissive. While I understand that staff may be under pressure, I did not appreciate her tone or the lack of accountability. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to professional, courteous service—especially after paying R2,599 for a part that has yet to resolve the issue.
At this stage, I requested the immediate return of our computer. I will handle the matter independently going forward, regardless of the cost. I will never recommend Incredible Connection again—particularly the Knysna branch.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when someone's business relies on functioning equipment.”
“Ordered online from Incredible Deception, and paid. Delivery terms on their website says 2 - 5 days. Mailed them after 5 working days as parcel was still at warehouse. Then suddenly it was picked up and has now been at the courier for 4 days. My complaint was logged and I was promised a call within 24 hours. No call to date. Feel like I've been scammed! I have just wasted my money and will NEVER get my order.”
“I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint against Incredible Connection regarding an order I placed on February 7th for a 3-piece set of suitcases—a high-value purchase I made specifically for my upcoming travels on February 20th. I assumed that placing my order almost two weeks in advance would allow more than enough time for delivery. However, the experience I have had with your company has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
Instead of receiving the full 3-piece set I paid for, I was delivered only one suitcase, which is worth less than half of what I originally paid. Naturally, I attempted to log a query immediately upon delivery, expecting prompt assistance to resolve this mistake. I was assured that a complaint had been logged on my behalf and that I would receive feedback within 24 hours.
However, after receiving no communication whatsoever, I contacted customer service again—only to find out that my query had never been logged in the first place! Instead, I was told that it would now be logged at that point. Why was I misled about this from the start?
Following this, I was asked to provide photos of the incorrect product, which I did immediately. Despite my prompt response, it then took another four days for me to receive any further communication. I was eventually informed that the incorrect order would be collected yesterday, but, as expected, this did not happen—further delaying the process and adding unnecessary frustration.
When I inquired with Modjadji Maimela about whether I could return the incorrect order myself to the warehouse and collect the correct one, I received insufficient and vague information. No apology has ever been expressed to me for this complete failure of service.
This is beyond unacceptable. I demand to be put in direct contact with a senior representative from Incredible Connection who is actually capable of resolving this matter. I must receive my correct order by today—NO EXCEPTIONS. Given the amount of money I have spent, I refuse to tolerate any further delays, poor communication, or incompetence.
I expect an urgent resolution, or I will have no choice but to escalate this further.”

“I ordered an item to the value of R5999.00 a week ago. I realise that it takes 2-5 working days to deliver. However, the online site says the parcel was collected by the courier on the 9th of December 2024, and there had been no update since. I gave tried to phone Incredible connection on the number provided but there is no response...just endless music playing and a recording noting explanation they are very busy. I have sent an email, no reply received. I have read the reviews before me (latest ones) and I see this is an ongoing pattern with this complany...no deliveries after payment was received. This is theft!! As a result, I am very very worried ! I would like Incredible Connection to contact me TODAY , 12 December 2024, to resolve this or I will be opening a case of theft against them at the SAPS.
