If I could I would give a ZERO score- bought an iPad from Sandton Incredible connection on 5 Feb- 16 days later it starts giving trouble- I take it in - promised by manager Sydney that it will be expedited (I should actually get a replacement device according to Consumer Protection Act)- I am still awaiting feedback- despite numerous calls, emails etc. This is appalling service, this store / Company should be reported to the Ombudsman for violation of consumer rights
