I'm giving this store 1 Star because 0 is impossible. I bought a laptop in Bloemfontein mar 2020 and Jan 2021 some buttons like (Tap,f5,B,N,Delete,f3) didn't work anymore and Dec 2021 the battery that HP gave at least 5 year, is no longer working well and my laptop used to switch off at 30% or 20% without any warning then today my laptop won't work unless it's connected to the charger. This store sells electronics they got from shady dealers that sell nothing but bullsh*t to unsuspecting victims like me.

The service at Cavendish store today was absolutely pathetic - wanted to purchase a blue tooth speaker. Salesman had no idea what he was talking about. Speakers on display had no charge - even left the store to give them a chance to charge but on returning they said they didn’t have an actual charger so charging from the Lap top didn’t work. Looking at these other reviews why can head office not do something?

Ordered an item online on Wednesday the 5th of January 2021 . Received a hyped up email that the item was on its way and would arrive in 1 - 2 days. Still waiting for an item on Monday the 10th. The courier company sent an sms very early this morning that the item was out for delivery today but so far dololo

Can't complain about the service because there are no service! I've been waiting 35 days for my laptop that went in for repair. Will never ever buy or set foot into any they're stores. I've phoned numerous times. Asked to speak to the manager and she couldn't care less. No one has phoned me with an update on progress. Arrogant and careless staff.

incredible connection canal walk - the most unorganized staff with zero knowledge ? I wanted a gift card and purchased some products - the manager on duty sitting working on a computer had to come over to help get a gift card on the system for me - didn't greet me just very rudely helped her sales assistant AND THEN they insisted you have to buy the gift card separate and then pay for your goods making me have double bank charges - I said it's 2021 not 1987 surely it can be done together ? such poor service with shoulder shrugs and confusion and zero interest in customers 🙄

If i could give -5 stars i would. I had never had such bad service experience as at Incredible Connections Paarl mall. I visited the branch on Wednesday 24 Nov 2021 and completed all necessary documents to apply for a contract and a labtop worth R14 999. The consultant, Lyle said that they could not complete the application because the manager was not available to assist. Arrangements were made that they would submit the application the following day (Thursday,25 Nov) and would then contact me to come in for the final vetting. I haven't heard from them the entire Thursday and also nothing on Friday (today). I tried phoning the branch numerous times with no answer. I took off early from my work (today) to went all the way back to the branch. The consultant,Lyle,first told me that he did phone me. I told him that I have been waiting for 2 days and did not get a call from anyone and I also couldnt reach them on the landline for the last two days. Lyle said that they didn't answer their phones because they were too "busy" (there were not even 1 customer in the shop at that time 16:45). I then asked Lyle if we could just finish the vetting to finalise everything. Lyle's response was " Unfortunately we cant assist now because the manager was yet again not available and maybe tomorrow "!!!!! This service is PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WAISTED all my time on Wednesday to come in and complete qll the forms. They did not even bother to contact me the following day, as promised and still was not able (or willing) to assist me futher.. The consultant, Lyle doesn't have no experience to deliver customer service. Incredible Connections Paarl mall have THE WORST customer service. I will make this complaint on all socail platforms known. There are way more other suppliers that sell labtops and electronics than to ever go back to Incredible Connections again!!!! PATHETIC!!!

I would change their name to pathetic connection. Bought a printer online on the 17th November 2021 and to date there has been no feedback with regards to the delivery. The tracking dashboard was last updated on the 18th November. Sent them an email requesting feedback but to no avail, didn't acknowledge or respond to my mail.

I would absolutely NOT recommend incredible DISconnection. We bought a new laptop with1 year guarantee, 6 months later started giving problems, brought it to the Vaal branch, waited 3 months, came back still faulty, went back for repairs, took another month and you wont believe, came back exactly the same. The stores wonderful response?? it must be sent to the supplier again for repairs, you will be without a laptop for minimum of 15 working days but it might take longer. The branch manager Matsemela will not even call customer care. His words were " here's there number call them yourselves ". In the meantime you lose income due to no working laptop. Been waiting 4 days for Regional manager to call back as were promised by customer care. You won't believe, no call yet. This company has the worst after sales care I've ever experienced. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered a 12700R console on May the 6th . Was promised delivery within 3 working days. Here I am 2 weeks later no parcel. Every single day I get hold of incredible connection to be told lie after lie about the whereabouts of my package. One day it's Courrier it sending it to me and the next its FedEx delivering . The lies have not stopped since the day I made full payment of the console. It's fast approaching a month since my purchase and I still have no transparency on the whereabouts of the my order . Customer service is absolutely pathetic and almost non existing. They have no informative details about your purchases and promise to get someone to call you back even though no one ever does. I've wasted hundreds of Rands in airtime trying to contact them and get information on the whereabouts of my parcel, yet every day I'm greeted with lies of 'today you will get your parcel'. All in all, I'm now: -2+ weeks of my life wasted. -12700R missing from my savings. -And left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Unethical, unprofessional and unlawful business is an understatement .

Incredible disconnection. I gave my laptop in for repair of a faulty microphone Three weeks later and all I have heard is "that the speakers are distorting"???!! No word about when I can expect it back or replacing it. The complaint has been "escalated" what does that mean. There are no direct and imformative communication with the customer. They just dont give a damn.

This place approved an account then thereafter wanted marriage certificates because of a double barrel surname before they could give me the appliance, what in the hell, i didnt even get asked for that applying for a bank loan when i was buying a whole house , to make things more confusing, when i applied i stated that im single, now where am i supposed to get a marriage certificate? That's why these little shops of theirs close down so fast, they ask for nonsense

A company still sticking to Steinhoff values. After placing my order online, paying and receiving an order confirmation I am told my order cannot be fulfilled. Family of mine ordered after me and received their order. I send proof thereof and they just ignore the facts. The worst retailer I've had to deal with.

This was my worst online shopping experience ever. The customer service is even worst and does not exist. They don't come back to me with answers to my enquiry. Phoning I get put through to Wi-Fi corporation Kenilworth branch (3 times) Eventually I got a conversation going on the live chat line and after 2 hours still did not get any answers. I wonder how Mr. Craig Lodge experience his staff incompetency. I've been recommended to do online shopping by a friend of mine who's at Pepkor head office What a disappointment.

Not so Incredible at all. We bought a Lenovo laptop online during lockdown. It arrived and kept blue screening. On logging this issue, customer service told me to take it to a store. So much for eCommerce! The technician at the store was most helpful, and sent the machine away for assessment. A week - ten days later, we got a brand new replacement laptop from the store. This machine started blue screening once a day after a week, increasing to blue screening every few hours. I asked for a refund as there is obviously an issue with this batch of Lenovo. Took it back to the store and they sent it away for assessment. Two weeks later, no news. I have to call the store to ask for updates. Bottom line: Shocking service, bad eCommerce model. Learn from Takealot. They get how to do eCommerce.

I submitted my laptop for repairs 2 and a half months ago and it's still not fixed. 3 weeks ago, i received my laptop and paid R1,500, only to open it and see that it has the same problem. I obviously sent it back and i haven't received any news for it thus far. i am honestly sick and tired of going back and forth and would like to be refunded and have my laptop returned to me as i have seen no progress at all. i have lost a lot of money and business as a result of the laptop being under repair for nearly 3 months when i was promised it would be done in 10 days!!!!!!!

It has been exhausting from the moment I booked it in. It has been a constant battle of back and forth. They do not communicate requirements properly and only once you arrive in store on the day do they request a repair, your ID etc even after you have asked what needs to be brought along and the same happened wen u get it back. The phone was booked in on a Thursday only to be told need my id after 9 days to send repair awsy. This 3 guys really dont know what is going om and happening, they told me will sens it away on Friday bt nothing was done really pisses me off. I urge you to rather spend your money elsewhere.my phone is 3 weeks old they promise to call you never do and the mangers all bunch of assholes

My device went for repairs over a month ago. It came back and wasn't working and it had to be sent back and was meant to arrive on Friday. After fake promises it only arrived back today. I was told it had been escalated but not once did I receive an apology for the delays being experienced or a call from a senior member of staff. All blame was shifted to the service provide and no accountability taken by Incredible connection. I urge you to rather spend your money elsewhere.
