“Being in my 60's...I always feel threatened by the "forever changing " technology.
But at the branch in Paarl I was helped by Daryl when I had a problem with my laptop.
He explained to me in terms I could understand,without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid.
It is the second time in a short period that I had the similar approach by a salesman from the same branch,when I needed a memory card for my cellphone....unfortunately I can't remember his name.
You young generation staff surely knows how to deal with our older generation.Well done

The y kept on telling me that they have issues with their systems for weeks, not only that the real issue here is if it is so then how came this problem persist. It only shows that there is negligence. The manager is just incompetent. It will be wise to reshuffle the stuff or close down the shop. It's useless to have an unfunctional team.
