Incredible Clearwater after sales is the worst. Don’t even deserve a star. Returned my son’s watch 2 months ago, bought a Volcano watch in March for his 13th birthday stopped working/charging in May. Only managed to return it to the store in August and I’m still waiting to be contacted. Was assisted by a Humbulani, if this is what we must go through after making purchases then I’m never setting foot there for anything.
