“They are thieves! They should be criminally prosecuted for theft! They took R10 000 for an item and 3 weeks later no delivery and not a single person at any point of contact can give an update as to where it is or if this item will even be delivered.

“I regret ever buying anything from Incredible Connections. They dont care about the after service. I have been calling the Tech Support to check on the status of my repair. The phone is not answered. I have been leaving messages and no one has called me back. I have phone a number of times. Just spoke to the guy and explained to him my situation and it felt like I am speaking to a wall. No sympathy what so ever. Very cold. The service is bad, the communication is bad. I am really disappointed. I pray that nothing happens to my laptop so that I dont have to ever deal with such people”
